Tyler has studied music at St. Louis Community College, Meramec as well as East Central College. He has studied music theory and piano under Dr. Jennifer Judd, classical guitar under Bill Hopkins and began teaching guitar in 2006. He will graduate in May 2009 with an Associate's degree in music and plans to earn a degree in music composition.
